Rex, the manager, provides the epitome of superb customer service. I can neither thank him enough nor express how impressed I was with him as he far exceeded my expectations during a very stressful time. My transmission went out late at night while heading to California. My car was towed to his AAMCO. When he and I connected the next business day, he was personable and provided helpful information that exuded years of experience and understanding. He had the diagnostic done, but the cost to replace the transmission exceeded the value of my vehicle. He did not pressure me to get the repair but instead was willing to not only hold my vehicle until I had it towed but also helped me with the actual transaction of the sale that I had arranged because I had to be in 3 different states with in 24 hours. (He gave my vehicle, title and key to the tow driver and received and held the check I received until I could return to pick it up.) He went above and beyond to help me and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic nor to hold my vehicle. If I lived in Roseburg I would not hesitate to get service from Rex and his AAMCO. He was trustworthy, honest and helpful beyond any standard I have experienced.

I went to AAMCO for the 2nd time in a little over 14 mos, for 2 different problems. Both time I was treated with respect and being a women they did NOT talk down to me. Both times Rex and Don explained exactly what was going on. My 2nd trip to AAMCO Don had to drive my car to understand the problem. After he got back to shop he look at what he thought might and was the problem. He then asked me to come to the shop area, where my car was up in the air. He told AND showed me what the problem was.,I asked if I could drive it home and bring it back when the got the part. He told me he "would not feel comfortable letting me drive it home.( 40 miles one way) Well needless to say I left my car and called a friend to get me. Rex started looking up the part how much it would cost and let me know how long the job would take. He will call me when they get the part and when I can pick it up. I am lucky because we have 2 vehicles, but I like driving my little SUV rather than my husband's BIG Ford 150 with 8 ft bed and extended cab.. THANK YOU REX AND DON FOR HELPING ME
